This is the personal website for Dan Jones. I’m easy going; a nice guy; an optimist; an artist; a software engineer; a liker of (nearly) everyone. I love helping others and having fun! I’ve liked nearly every job I’ve ever had from manual labor to fast food to software architect. I do my best to always do what’s right, not what’s easiest. I want to always be able to look back and feel that I made the best choice possible for what I knew at the time.
I set up this site to display some of my passions – drawing, 3D modelling, music, writing, and helping others. I’m very open and honest and I love to share just about everything. Feel free to comment on anything or to make requests. Nothing makes me happier than making others smile.
And what is this “nerseus” thing? It’s from an acronym that started when my good friend Jimmy used the phrase “No Effort Required.” That was back in the 80′s but it stuck with me. And now, if you Google “nerseus” you’ll either find me or a man named Patrick Nerseus.

I have many faults, I promise you. As they pop into my head, I’m sure I will write them down. I do try hard to be good, but it doesn’t always work out. Temptations and fear and attempted perfection (which is the worst of all) often do me in.
And which character from LotR would I be? Gosh, I don’t recall that many characters by name. Always trying to do the right thing so maybe… Frodo. Or the Ranger.
